Description of Quality Control/Technical Support Department
An independent department is responsible for checking the safety and quality of all newly developed products as well as those that are mass-produced for buyers.
Quality Control Procedures
1. Confirming all details of a machine before making the production plan.
2. Samples first, assembly for testing, and get the most suitable spare parts.
3. Check the quality of each spare part.
4. While assembling, skillful workers are in charge of each process, self-checking, and mutual inspection.
5. Testing after the assembly line.
6. Standard inspection of every single tool, run without load.
7. All inspections by the chief engineer.
8. Final appearance checking before packing.
